Found this company through Google and rang Ryan for some advice of carpet types which he was happy to provide. Ryan came out the following day with examples to look at as I already had in mind what I wanted. I found him to be really accommodating, helpful and professional whilst his pricing fair and competitive. Will be using Ryan going forward 100% Thanks Ryan :)

Having been recommended Stevensons by a friend, Ryan showed both of us around the showroom & brought samples to our home to let us have another look before choosing the right carpets for us. No hard sale, which is what we both love. Just really friendly people, who know what they are talking about and want to do a good job.Initially booked in for a living room, stairs & landing- we had problems on the day of fitting (nothing to do with them, it was our house being old and needed a rewire which we didnt initally know of) which meant they had to leave to allow us to fix the problems found, holding off and keeping our landing carpet with them for a full 2 months without any issue.Re booked back in for the landing and 3 x bedrooms and bathroom, and both Ryan and Niall did a fab job and in such a timely manner. Did an expert job at fitting, and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them on to others.Just to mention throughout the whole process, Ryan kept in contact, always there to answer our calls and questions.Would definitely recommend this company

Just completed fitting carpet on stairs and landing. Excellent service, removed old paint stained terribly fitted carpet. fitters very professional, perfectly fitted carpet, friendly, cleaned up after also got the job done swiftly. Definitely highly recommend. The cost was £350 cheaper than a previous quote from another local company, for exact same carpet, Cormer berber Elite, 80%wool, 20%other. An excellent tight, short pile, perfect for purpose.Thank you guys 😊

Having been recommended Stevenson's we were delighted with the quality of the LVT, choices of styles on offer, professionalism of their install team and how quickly the entire home was completed. On top of that the price was excellent too. Would highly recommend.

Have used t Stevensons carpets a number of times and always satisfied. Used them again for a stairs and landing. 1st class service from start to finish. Intend using them again in the near future.

A great big thank you to Stevenson Carpets for the stunning, professional finish to our hall and stairs. We would never now go anywhere else for our flooring needs.Stevenson Carpets and Flooring offer a first class service from start to finish. No pushy salesmen with dubious “discount” prices, just a company who genuinely want to help customers find what they want, at a price they can afford. As we were undecided about all carpet, or carpet and LVT for the hall and stairs, Ryan provided loads of samples and worked out the costs for all options. The work was agreed and booked in, and completed on time to an exceptionally high standard, as well as the old carpets taken up and removed.We had fitters ( Ryan, Lee, Carl, Rees, Mike) pulling up and putting down carpets, preparing floors and laying Karndean. Without exception they were top tradesmen, friendly efficient and knowledgeable.If you are looking for a courteous reliable company, look no further.

I couldn't recommend Stevenson carpets enough. I've just had my house carpeted and bathroom vinyl put down and I'm over the moon with how fantastic they look. Ryan was absolutely wonderful, so helpful kind and was so knowledgeable on choosing the right carpet for me nothing was too much trouble. Ryan booked me in for a date I chose and they fitters turned up on time on the day. Every fitter was extremely polite and was also really respectful of my home. They removed all the old carpets and underlay and disposed of it. Ive had lots of carpets fitted previously with other companies and this is the best fitting carpets i've ever had fitted by far. The fitting is absolutely amazing the guys are super super talented. I couldn't recommend them enough. They hoovered all carpet before leaving and they made sure all furniture and doors didn't mark walls by using spare underlay which I thought was really kind and I really appreciated how thoughtful it was. Excellent value for money I was super happy with the price also Thankyou 🙂

I found this carpet company through Google. I wanted a commercial carpet fitter to furnish the Church I belong to. The service was excellent from the very beginning....helpful and pleasant. They turned up to give me a quote which I considered very reasonable and certainly competitive....coming out favourably compared with two other companies. They were very patient and understanding when I told them that the fitting date would be a long way off due to procedures that have to be in place regarding Church buildings before anything can be done. We have just had the work completed 8 months later and their quote remained the same. They never tried to rush us and stayed in contact throughout.The team of workers were efficient and professional throughout respecting the building and working quickly but with expertise. They took great care and attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked good. They were a friendly, amiable and polite bunch. I cannot thank them enough for the fabulous job they have done and the service we have received. The carpet looks amazing and is admired by all who see it. I highly recommend this company.

The guys were professional, helpful and polite.Let us have samples to match with our deco didn't rush us . They took our old carpet up and took away all the rubbish. Brilliant. 👏The price for 3 rooms was was less than I was expecting will definitely be using again when I get my nxt project finnished.

We found Stevenson Carpets to be very professional and just got on with the jobs of laying the carpets and lino.It was great in that the prices that are quoted included Fitting and taking away of the old carpets.We nearly had the whole house recarpeted and its made such a difference. It really helped us sell the house for more.We will be using them when we move.5* service and the fitters very friendly (we had the same 2 for all works).Highly Recommended

Fantastic service all along , from ordering to fitting … all the old carpets lifted and disposed of .The lads put back all the beds and furniture , and also hoovered up !One more bedroom and lounge to go .Cannot recommend them enough !

Brilliant from start to finish. We only found out about this company by accident but so glad we did. They fitted a Stair carpet and wood flooring at my sons property. Excellent service from going out with samples, getting back with a quote, fitting and final call after to check if all okay. The lads that fitted were so tidy and took all the old carpet and flooring away. Highly recommend and I will certainly use again.

Kirk and his team have fitted flooring throughout my home which has included carpeting, Karndean flooring and a runner on the stairs. I cannot fault the service or price one bit. Kirk is especially conscientious about his work and it’s obvious he has very high standards. Everyone who has worked on my house from Stevenson carpets has been friendly, respectful and on time. I recommend them to everyone.

Me my wife and the family have used k.Stevenson’s carpets a good few times now.I don’t believe you will get better value or better carpets for your money, the owner and all the staff are very nice, easy to work with and friendly. I for one will never go anywhere else for my carpets! Very highly recommended. Thank you all involved.
